We want you to love your Fahlo pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
